Privacy notice
We collect only what you choose to send us, and we use it only to answer you.
- Who is responsible. IMPACT MEDIA SRL, trading as IMPACT PARTNERS, whose details are at the foot of this page, is the data controller. We act under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Romanian Law No. 190/2018.
- What we collect. The details you enter in our enquiry, sourcing-requirement or guide-request forms: your name, company, job title, country, email, phone number if you give one, and your message. If you email us, we keep the email. Like most websites, we also receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.
- Why, and on what basis. To reply to your enquiry and take steps you ask for before any agreement (Art. 6(1)(b)); to run and secure our business and website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)); to meet accounting and tax duties once we work together (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)); and to send marketing emails only if you have agreed (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Who sees it. Our team and the service providers that host the site, handle email and keep our accounts, bound by data-processing terms. Where a request needs an introduction to a manufacturer or buyer, we ask you first. We do not sell or rent your data.
- Transfers outside the EU. Our team and partners in India and some providers may handle data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we use safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
- How long. Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted after 24 months. Accounting and invoicing records are kept for the period Romanian law requires, up to ten years. Newsletter details, if we ever offer them, are kept until you unsubscribe. Statistics data is kept for the period shown in the cookie section.
- Your rights. You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or a portable copy; you can object to processing based on legitimate interest or direct marketing; and you can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing. - Complaints. You may complain to the Romanian data protection authority: ANSPDCP, B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, 010336 Bucharest, www.dataprotection.ro, anspdcp@dataprotection.ro. You may also contact the authority in your own country.
- Changes. We may update this notice. The latest version is always on this page, with its date: last updated October 2026.
Our commitment under EU data protection law. IMPACT PARTNERS is based in the European Union and handles personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679). We collect only the data we need, keep it secure, tell you plainly how we use it, and do not use it for anything you would not expect.
Business contacts in India and elsewhere. The same standards apply to everyone who writes to us, wherever they are. If you are a manufacturer outside the EU, your details receive the same care as those of a European buyer, and we share them with a buyer only with your agreement.

This site uses only the cookies it needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies. We use a privacy-focused statistics tool (WP Statistics) to see, anonymously, which pages are read. Where it needs cookies, we ask for your consent first through the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the link in the footer.
